When sending your package or your personal effects, a document (called Air Way Bill [AWB] and bearing a number) was delivered to you by the airline or the forwarder.

If you have entrusted your shipment to a forwarder, please contact it by indicating the AWB number.

If you have not used the services of a forwarder, contact the handling agent of the company transporting your goods.

To independently pick up your shipment from the freight hall, you must first perform the import customs formalities (Customs contact), then go with your AWB to the handling agent representing the company that transported your goods. Two handling agents operate at Genève Aéroport, Swissport and Dnata, representing the airlines.

For export:

• Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:30 – 18:00
• Friday 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:30 – 19:00
• Saturday to Sunday closed.

For import:

• Monday 07:30 – 17:00
• Tuesday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
• Saturday to Sunday closed.

By bus: Geneva public transport lines 23, 28 and Y, stop Fret (Freight).

By car: the freight hall is in front of Palexpo and next to the Arena. Visitor parking is available in front of the building of the freight hall.
