New seasonal route between Geneva and Florence

26.02.2025

Starting in late May 2025, L’Odyssey will operate a direct flight between Geneva and Florence, Italy, twice a week (every Thursday and Sunday) until the end of September. These flights will be operated by a Saab 2000 from the Swedish airline FROST, a 50-seat turboprop aircraft known for its speed, economic efficiency, and low fuel consumption.

This Geneva-Florence route, available on Thursdays and Sundays, offers a great opportunity for an extended weekend in Tuscany. As the capital of the Renaissance, Florence captivates visitors with its exceptional heritage: the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio, and its charming streets. Beyond the city, Tuscany offers a stay combining culture, gastronomy, and relaxation.

Since the aircraft is based at Tours Airport in northwestern France, flights between Geneva and Tours will also be available, with two rotations per week. This route serves as a gateway to visiting the Loire Valley castles, the Beauval Zoo, or the Le Mans circuit.

L’Odyssey specializes in organizing seasonal and occasional scheduled flights. Since the summer of 2021, the airline has launched regional air routes, notably between Geneva and Deauville.
