Why throw away what can be recycled or, even better, upcycled?
In line with its commitment to sustainability, Geneva Airport has chosen an innovative solution to give a second life to its communication banners from shops and restaurants: upgrading them to first-class objects!
These large banners are carefully collected after use. Fully cleaned, they are then sent to the Geneva-based company Série K to be upcycled into a variety of objects that combine quality and durability.
At Série K’s workshops, these PVC mesh or vinyl canvases are cut, assembled, and sewn by women undergoing reintegration, transforming them into various items featuring the smiling icons of the visual identity of Geneva Airport’s shops and restaurants.
