Subscription to E-commerce products constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website published on the website www.gva.ch as well as these General Terms and Conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions consist of the following chapters:

The following rules are applicable to all products:
Article 1 - Refusal of Subscription
- Genève Aéroport reserves the right to refuse subscription to the products subject to these General Terms and Conditions in case of communication of incorrect or incomplete data, or invalidity or non-acceptance of the credit card used.
ARTICLE 2 - PROHIBITION OF RESALE
- Unless prior approval has been granted by Genève Aéroport, the resale of the products covered by these General Terms and Conditions for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Any violation of this article may result in the cancellation of the purchased products and the deletion of the relevant accounts.
Article 3 - Suspension or cancellation
- Genève Aéroport reserves the right to suspend or cancel the validity of the product purchased in case of, in particular, fraudulent use, misuse or non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions
Article 4 - protection of Personal Data
- Information and personal data provided by users are processed and secured by Genève Aéroport in compliance with the provisions laid out in Geneva law regarding public information, access to documents and the protection of personal data (please see « LIPAD » below), as well as any other applicable provisions.
- Genève Aéroport only uses users’ personal data for statistical and usage purposes, to monitor the performance of a media channel, to verify that general conditions have been correctly applied, to send information and/or incentives for the use of current or future services at Genève Aéroport.
- Furthermore, the aforementioned data will not be distributed to third parties, excluding the exceptions laid out in LIPAD.
- Certain pieces of personal data are collected, explicitly, online when internet users register, enabling them to access certain services at Genève Aéroport. Registration gives Genève Aéroport the opportunity to collect user information including name, surname, postal address, email address, telephone number, mobile number and fax number. Genève Aéroport reserves the right to record the data of any person sending an email to an employee of Genève Aéroport or to anyone working with the website to be able to respond or follow-up their request.
- Any person concerned about the processing of their personal data can assert their right to access, request that the data be deleted or make any other request by writing to the following email address: eservices [a t] gva [.] ch.
Article 5 - Protection of Bank Data
- The online payment of any e-commerce products purchased from Genève Aéroport is made through a secure credit card payment system.
- All information collected during the remote payment transaction is immediately encrypted and stored on the secure payment server of our payment services provider.
- The information collected during the remote payment transaction will be used or transferred only in the context of the purchase of the services offered.
- The credit cards accepted by Genève Aéroport for payments are: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Article 6 - Disclaimer of Liability
- Genève Aéroport disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the non-performance or improper performance of the services offered, in particular in case of technical and IT downtime, force majeure, or due to general operating reasons and/or maintenance of order at the airport.
- Genève Aéroport disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damage caused by misuse of personal data, in particular in cases of fraudulent use and/or misuse thereof by an unauthorised third party.
- Genève Aéroport disclaims any liability for damage caused to vehicles or theft of all or any part thereof, as well as any objects placed in or on vehicles.
Article 7 - Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
- In case of any dispute concerning the above-mentioned services offered, users accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, subject to the reservation of appeal to the Federal Court, acting in accordance with Swiss law.
Article 8 - Official version of the General Conditions of Use
- The French version of the general conditions of use of « e-services » is the only official version and shall prevail over any other languages.
Chapter II. « ResaPark » Products
RESAPARK PREMIUM (P1)
ARTICLE 9 - RATES
- The purchase of the ResaPark Premium product is charged at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
- The ResaPark Premium booking fee, regardless of the selected parking period, must be paid directly by credit card via the booking system.
- The parking fees correspond to the Car Park P1 rates applicable at the time of parking.
- Parking fees must be paid upon exiting the car park via the payment machines, at the parking control centre, or at the ResaPark exit barrier.
ARTICLE 10 - BOOKING
- A parking reservation can be made from twelve months up to three hours before the selected entry time.
- A booking is limited to two motor vehicles.
- A booking is limited to two different travel dates.
- A booking cannot exceed 90 consecutive days.
- The minimum parking duration is six consecutive hours.
- The user is required to park in the reserved area. If the vehicle is parked outside the ResaPark Premium (P1) area, Genève Aéroport reserves the right to apply a penalty amounting to 20% of the parking fee, at its discretion.
ARTICLE 11 - MODIFYING RESERVATIONS
- Reservations can be modified free of charge until midnight on the day before the scheduled entry date, with 100% of the booking fee credited to the user’s card.
- Beyond this time limit (i.e. on the day of entry), modifications are no longer possible, and no refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 12 - CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
- Cancellations are possible up to midnight on the day before the scheduled entry date. In such cases, a full refund (100%) of the booking fee will be credited to the original payment method.
- Beyond this time limit (i.e. on the day of entry), cancellations are no longer possible, and no refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 13 - NO-SHOW AT CAR PARK P1
- The reservation is guaranteed for up to four hours after the scheduled entry time.
- Beyond this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled, with no entitlement to a refund.
ARTICLE 14 - ENTRY INTO CAR PARK P1
- The arrival time must correspond to the entry time specified in the reservation.
- Access to the reserved parking space is guaranteed without additional charges from two hours before up to four hours after the scheduled entry time.
- Beyond this time limit, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, with no entitlement to a refund.
- If the vehicle enters the ResaPark P1 area but then moves to a non-reserved parking zone, Genève Aéroport reserves the right to apply a penalty amounting to 20% of the parking fee, at its discretion.
ARTICLE 15 - EXIT FROM CAR PARK P1
- The departure time must correspond to the exit time specified in the reservation.
- Exit from Car Park P1 is guaranteed without additional charges between four hours before and up to four hours after the scheduled exit time.
- If the vehicle leaves the car park outside this timeframe:
- Exiting more than four hours before the scheduled time will result in an additional fee of CHF 20.
- Exiting more than four hours after the scheduled time will incur an additional fee of CHF 20 for every 24-hour period exceeded.
- These additional charges can be paid at the payment machines, at the parking control centre, or at the ResaPark exit barrier.
RESAPARK ECONOMY (P26 & P51)
ARTICLE 16 - RATES
- The purchase of the ResaPark Economy product is charged at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
- The ResaPark Economy booking fee, regardless of the selected parking period, must be paid directly by credit card via the booking system.
- The parking fees correspond to the Car Park P26 or P51 rates applicable at the time of parking.
- Parking fees must be paid upon exiting the car park via the payment machines, at the parking control centre, or at the ResaPark exit barrier.
ARTICLE 17 - BOOKING
- A parking reservation can be made from twelve months up to midnight the day before the scheduled entry date.
- A booking is limited to one vehicle.
- A booking is limited to one travel date.
- The minimum parking duration is twelve consecutive hours, and the maximum duration is 90 consecutive days.
- The user is required to park in the reserved area. If the vehicle is parked outside the ResaPark Economy (P26 or P51) area, Genève Aéroport reserves the right to apply a penalty amounting to 20% of the parking fee, at its discretion.
ARTICLE 18 - MODIFYING RESERVATIONS
- Reservations can be modified free of charge until midnight on the day before the scheduled entry date, with 100% of the booking fee credited for future use.

Beyond this time limit (i.e. on the day of entry), modifications are no longer possible, and no refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 19 - CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
- Cancellations are possible up to midnight on the day before the scheduled entry date. In such cases, a refund of 50% of the booking fee will be credited to the original payment method.
ARTICLE 20 - NO-SHOW AT CAR PARK P26 OR P51
- The reservation is guaranteed for up to four hours after the scheduled entry time.
- Beyond this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled, with no entitlement to a refund.
ARTICLE 21 - ENTRY INTO CAR PARK P26 OR P51
- The arrival time must correspond to the entry time specified in the reservation.
- Access to the reserved parking space is guaranteed without additional charges from two hours before up to four hours after the scheduled entry time.
- Beyond this time limit, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, with no entitlement to a refund.
- If the vehicle enters the ResaPark P26 or P51 area but then moves to a non-reserved parking zone, Genève Aéroport reserves the right to apply a penalty amounting to 20% of the parking fee, at its discretion.
ARTICLE 22 - EXIT FROM CAR PARK P26 OR P51
- The departure time must correspond to the exit time specified in the reservation.
- Exit from Car Park P26 or P51 is guaranteed without additional charges between four hours before and up to four hours after the scheduled exit time.
- If the vehicle leaves the car park outside this timeframe:
- Exiting more than four hours before the scheduled time will result in an additional fee of CHF 20.
- Exiting more than four hours after the scheduled time will incur an additional fee of CHF 20.
- These additional charges can be paid at the payment machines, at the parking control centre, or at the ResaPark exit barrier.
Article 23 - Rates
- The purchase of the "Priority Lane" product is charged at the rate in force at the time of booking.
Article 24 - Reservation
- Reservations can be made from twelve months up to midnight the day before the travel date.
- Users can reserve for up to ten people per reservation.
- Reservation is limited to one or several travel dates.
- The entrance time chosen by the user, and shown on their reservation, is for information purposes only. The user can use their reservation at any time on the day shown on their reservation.
- In exceptional circumstances, if the user needs to pass through security for a second time, they can use the Priority Lane fifteen minutes after they passed through security the first time. The reservation is not valid after the second use of the Priority Lane.
Article 25 – Modifying reservations
- Reservations can be modified until midnight the day before the entrance date. Up to 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted for modifications. Changing the reservation is therefore free of charge.
- After this time (i.e. the day of travel), reservations cannot be modified and no refund will be given.
Article 26 - Cancellation of Booking
- A cancellation of booking is possible up to midnight the day before the booked date of use. It is specified that, in such cases, a refund of 100% of the booking fee will be credited directly to the credit card used.
Article 27 - Rates
- The purchase of the "VIP Pack" product is charged at the rates in force at the time of booking.
Article 28 - Booking
- A booking may be made between twelve months and up to midnight the day before the scheduled date of use.
- A user may make purchases for up to 10 people per booking.
- A booking is limited to one travel date only.
- The entry time chosen by the user and indicated on the booking is indicative only. The user may use the booking at any time of the day indicated on the booking.
- Booking the lounge gives entitlement to one entry only. If the user leaves the lounge, only the staff actually present is authorised to allow a new entry into the lounge.
Article 29 - Modifying reservations
- Reservations can be modified until midnight the day before the entrance date. Up to 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted for modifications. Changing the reservation is therefore free of charge.
- After this time (i.e. the day of travel), reservations cannot be modified and no refund will be given.
Article 30 - Cancellation of Booking
- A cancellation of booking is possible up to midnight the day before the booked date of use. It is specified that, in such cases, a refund of 100% of the booking fee will be credited directly to the credit card used.
Article 31 - User's Obligations
- The user is required to provide to the lounge operator any information and documents that the latter may consider necessary for the performance of its mission. This information includes, in particular, the names and surnames of the passengers, the airline and the flight number on departure or arrival.
- The user is subject to all the usual rights relating to air transport and to the obligations, regulations and law of the carrier, of Genève Aéroport and of the countries of departure, destination and overflight. This applies, in particular, to the conditions relating to passage through customs and travel documents.
Article 32 - Reserved Right of Access to the Lounge
- Genève Aéroport authorises the lounge operator to refuse all or part of its services to users:
- Who are intoxicated;
- Whose attitude towards other users or staff or whose appearance may disturb the occupants of the lounge;
- Who enter the lounge accompanied by a number of people greater than that indicated on the booking;
- In case of over-occupancy of the lounge.
